A trading school built by someone who had to learn it the hard way.
ValorEdge Investing is an education company founded in 2026 and based in the United States. It teaches a structured, risk-first method for understanding markets through the Market Ready course, a free Practice Desk simulator, and weekly live sessions. It is education and mentorship — not investment advice, and not a signal service. Nobody here will tell you what to buy.
The founder
Ntiense Robin, CRNA
Ntiense Robin is the founder of ValorEdge Investing and a practising certified registered nurse anesthetist who has traded his own capital since 2008. He holds no finance licence today and is pursuing the Series 65; ValorEdge therefore provides education and mentorship only.
He still practises clinically. He is not a former hedge fund manager and he does not claim to be. He started trading in 2008, in the middle of the financial crisis, after watching people with professional titles lose money they had told others was safe.
What followed was eighteen years of learning it the slow way — expensive mistakes, scattered courses that taught tactics without a framework, and eventually a written process that held up when the market moved and his own judgement was under pressure. He built that process because he needed it. He had a demanding job and no trading floor to sit on.
In June 2025 he began sharing it with a small private study group. That group became the curriculum, and in July 2026 ValorEdge Investing LLC was incorporated in Wyoming so the work could be done properly — with terms, disclosures, and a compliance path rather than a group chat and good intentions.
He is currently pursuing the Series 65 and the Securities Industry Essentials examination. Until those are complete and the appropriate registration is in place, ValorEdge provides education only. That distinction is stated on every page of this site, and it is not a formality.
How we work
What we will and will not do.
ValorEdge publishes no trade signals, no performance claims, no personalised advice, and no figures it cannot evidence. Trading education has a reputation problem and it is largely deserved, so these four commitments are stated plainly and can be checked against every other page on this site.
No performance claims
You will not find a screenshot of a profitable account anywhere on this site. Most beginners lose money, consistent results take years, and pretending otherwise would be the first lie.
No advice before registration
Personalised advice requires registration we do not yet hold. Until we do, ValorEdge educates and does not advise — and the Consulting page says so plainly rather than hinting otherwise.
No invented numbers
We publish no student counts, completion rates, or subscriber figures we cannot evidence. When those numbers are worth showing, they will be real ones.

Is ValorEdge Investing a legitimate company?
ValorEdge Investing LLC is a registered Wyoming limited liability company, incorporated in July 2026 and grown out of a private study group that began in June 2025. It publishes Terms of Use, a Privacy Policy, and plain-English disclosures, and it names the person who teaches rather than operating anonymously.
Who runs ValorEdge Investing?
ValorEdge was founded by Ntiense Robin, a practising certified registered nurse anesthetist who has traded his own capital since 2008. He is not a former hedge fund manager and does not claim to be — the course teaches the process he built for himself as a working professional with a demanding job.
Is ValorEdge a registered investment adviser?
No. ValorEdge is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and it does not provide personalised investment advice. It offers education and mentorship only. The founder is pursuing the Series 65 and Securities Industry Essentials examinations, and advisory services will only begin once the appropriate registration is complete.
Do you give trading signals or tell people what to buy?
No. There are no trade calls and no recommendations to buy or sell any security. Daily commentary and weekly live sessions discuss market conditions as education. The point is to teach a repeatable process so you make your own decisions rather than waiting to be told.
How long has ValorEdge been operating?
The teaching began as a private study group in June 2025, and ValorEdge Investing LLC was incorporated in July 2026 — so the company itself is new, and we would rather say that than imply otherwise. The method it teaches is drawn from eighteen years of the founder's own trading, beginning in 2008.
What makes ValorEdge different from other trading educators?
Mostly three things it refuses to do. There are no trade signals, no performance or income claims, and no screenshots of profitable accounts anywhere on this site. It also names its founder and states plainly that he holds no finance licence yet. What you get is a written decision process and a simulator to rehearse it in — not access to somebody else's trades.
How many students has ValorEdge taught?
Fewer than most competitors, and we do not publish a figure. ValorEdge began as a private study group in June 2025 and incorporated in July 2026, so the numbers are small enough that quoting them would be marketing rather than evidence. When they are meaningful, they will be published with the records behind them.
